'The Boy is Lookinng Outside'

This image is about a boy that is looking outside. He is standing at the door, and stare at the men. He was curious about what the man is doing.

I make it Black & White because personally, I think it's cool, and I wanna make this image tells more. I don't know if that makes sense. This photo was taken with my Smartphone (of course), and I took it my self. I'm not a professional, I'm just learning through the internet (YouTube mostly) about how to take good photos. I'm hoping that a professional would take a look on this photo and give any suggestion about it.
